Bed linens and bath towels are included. Please bring your own pool towels.
Prices do not include final cleaning fee: € 10 per person, minimum € 45
Electricity: € 0,35 per kw, on consumption
Gas: € 5,60 per m3, on consumption
Arrivals and departures on Saturday. Check-in: 4- 6 pm, Check-out: by 9:30 am
Pets are NOT allowed.

Terms of payment
A payment in the amount of 25% of the rental price is due upon reservation.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before guests' arrival. 
​A voucher will be sent to you upon receipt of the balance.

A refundable safety deposit of € 150,00 is due upon arrival. At the end of your stay, your deposit will be returned to you, barring any property damage.
